I also wrote a variety of motions for current cases, which included rape, strangulation, and extreme domestic abuse charges - these included multiple 58A Dangerousness Motions to hold defendants without bail, which were all granted. Other motions included Opposition to Motion to Dismiss, Joinder motions, Motions in Limine, and Discovery motions.
