My journey began at Gallup, where I had the privilege of working with the world’s leading experts in employee engagement and organizational health. During this time, I collaborated closely with Dr. Deepak Chopra, who served as both a mentor and partner. Together, we co-designed and led 'Workplace Wellbeing and the Soul of Leadership,' inspiring leaders around the world to prioritize wellbeing as a strategic imperative.Later, as Director of Enterprise Solutions for Chopra Global, I continued this mission, leading B2B wellbeing strategy, product development, and bringing the ‘Soul of Leadership’ framework into corporate spaces. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how wellbeing, when woven into the cultural fabric of an organization, can drive both business outcomes and human flourishing.Today, as the Founder of Workplace Wellbeing Advisors, I partner with smaller organizations, serving as a fractional Chief Wellbeing Officer to help them develop culturally integrated, long-term wellbeing strategies. I focus on high-impact, customized solutions that align with each organization’s unique culture and values, knowing that this level of alignment is essential to making wellbeing sustainable and impactful.In addition to my consulting work, I am the creator of the Legacy Builder Program, a transformative career coaching experience that empowers individuals to transition from traditional corporate paths into purpose-driven roles.
