Sure, it can feel like a steep uphill battle in a world that seems like it's not made for us. But we're here to help shift that perspective. We might not be able to rewrite the world's script, but we can definitely guide you in redefining your role within it—how you view yourself, how you let others affect you, and how to navigate life in a way that honors your unique brain wiring, rather than exhausting yourself trying to fit into a neurotypical mold.

We are a group of coaches led by Danielle Ralston, an ADHD-CCSP, ADHD Master Life, CBT, REBT, award-winning CEO, published author, international speaker, and successful multi-passionate business owner. We all have our specifications that lead to this special group, including multiple lived experiences with multiple kinds of neurodivergencies, a trauma therapist, entrepreneurs, artists, partners of ADHDers and more… We got together to help neurodivergent people bring the amazing things they want to create into the world, to ease the pain that neurodivergence brings when you manage it alone, and to create a community of people who understand what it’s like because it really isn’t that rare.We believe that neurodivergency is a neurotype- a brain adaptation, not a pathology or a disability. Although we don’t deny it can certainly feel disabling in a world that doesn’t cater to you. We want to change that. We can’t change the world, but we can help you change how you interact with it including how you see yourself, how you allow others to impact you, and understanding yourself enough that you can function the way your brain works and not by trying so hard to present as neurotypical.We set out to change the world. We now choose to do it in this way. Collectively we’ve worked with over neurodivergent people to help them on their journey to a fully authentic life that allows them to use their energies to create instead of hide. We understand the science of how our brains work because we were unwilling to let ADHD run our lives and hold me back from being remarkable- and we want the same for you! We are committed to consistent training in research, certifications, and in new protocols for the ADHD brain so that we can offer my clients the best support possible as science catches up to coaching.
