Composing and distributing solicitation documents, analyzing bids and proposals, performing price/cost analyses; disbursing complex contracts (Firm-Fixed Price, Labor-Hour, Time and Materials, or hybrids). Communicating with vendors by reiterating contractual binding requirements, surveilling performance and progress, negotiating contract modifications, and resolving any contractual complications.
