As a Quality Manager, responsible for the coordination and completion implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2008 across a $22 million a year project to include $18 million in sub-contract management for the Mark Center that houses 6,400 Government Employees in 1.8 million square feet. Establish and define a Corporate Quality Assurance Office that meets several different process/quality initiatives. Responsible for; defining and maintaining a corporate Quality Assurance Plan that includes a schedule for periodic audits of all organizations for process compliance. Arranges formal assessments against the CMMI and other process models or standards; maintains data on assessments, appraisals, and evaluations that have been conducted. Responsible for; ensuring that all corporate-level business units are compliant with Level 3 of SEI's Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). Defines, collects, maintains, and analyzes measurements that are indicators of process compliance data.
