Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit

• Report, analyze and communicate results from surveys focused on customer experience and loyalty• Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and interaction strategies• Partner with key card products and functional areas to provide insights and advise on initiatives to drive improvements in customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty (NPS)• Evaluate the impact that business changes and initiatives have on key satisfaction and loyalty metrics

• Manage 30 inherit risks areas within consumer marketing analytics• Manage 2 remediation efforts for identified control breaks• Governance lead for 12 predictive targeting and present value models established to aid in campaign decisions• Identify areas requiring process improvement and manage plans to implement solutions• Perform ad-hoc analysis to provide information on campaign performance

• Identify and analyze risks inherent to IT functions and address downstream business impacts• Perform detailed testing and analysis over the following control areas: Access Administration, Change Management, Data Confidentiality and Integrity, Disaster Recovery, Security Configuration, Capacity Planning, Production Monitoring, and Vendor Management• Independently query populations and perform data analysis to identify trends or patterns indicative of a control breakdown• Interact directly with internal and external clients, and vendor partners to gain an understanding of business processes and critical systems• Communicate audit status, findings, and recommendations to clients• Act as a mentor and coach to interns and new hires

• Provide analysis and support for various products to resolve current and future business needs• Provide direct support to account executives and product management; specialize in support of invoicing and billing needs• Work directly with clients to reconcile account records; act as a direct line of communication and support person• Create forecast volumes for new products and assess systems impacted• Work with quality assurance teams to develop test plans for new products and product updates• Develop process flows and help create use cases for new products and services
