Worked on modeling the hand to better understand the mechanisms involved in motor learning and control. Took charge in a study on hand manipulation of inverted T-shaped objects. Focused on the mechanics applied to the object, including torque, force, and timing. Examined the effect of anesthesia on motor learning and control. Analyzed data collected from test subjects using Mathworks Matlab.

-Designed and developed a brain-computer interface device dependent on EEG data to allow a paralyzed individual to communicate.-Managed the full life-cycle development of the product, from initial planning to manufacturing.

Worked at Brain Research Group @ DartmouthFocused on developing new techniques that can improve surgical technologies used by neurosurgeons. Worked on quantification of the optical properties of PpIX in glioblastoma tumors to improve surgical removal accuracy. Developed statistical look up table of information regarding the tissue optical properties found in tissues.
