Prior to my current role as vice president of commercial operations, I held a dual role at Kadant working both at the corporate level as well as the division level. In my corporate role I worked with all Kadant businesses around the globe to develop and implement growth-focused initiatives for our premium offerings and market-leading brands. At a division level, I led our marketing and applications teams as well as developed and led our inside selling team. My strength areas include strategic planning and implementation; digital marketing; new product launch, training, and promotion; communications and publicity; positioning, and pricing; and team building and leadership. I am passionate about intertwining sales and marketing to create positive customer interactions and love to help others grow and develop to be able to achieve things they did not think they could.
