Interior designer for Greenspring, an Erickson Living community located in Northern VA. Responsible for the design and installation of custom finishes and products in all future and current residents' apartments. Manages multiple on-going renovations. Designs and implements estimates, budgets, proposals, and construction documents for all projects. Supervises and coordinates with contractors, vendors, and suppliers on a daily basis. Familiar with codes, life safety standards, and the permitting process. Acts as a liaison between the Marketing and General Services departments.
