Human Resources Manager
Current• Manage employee relations for 41 locations/approximately 560 employees; partner with management across all branches (multi-state) on employee needs/management• Manage various HRIS/HCM and Wellness platform implementations and maintenance • Manage benefits, HR technology training, new policies and handbook, audit related projects, budgeting, and HR metrics and reporting• Drive process improvements and employee engagement efforts• Assist in major projects around recruitment dealing with technology or mergers/acquisitions• Develop and mentor HR Generalist staff
