Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to develop large-scale consumer events such Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town. • Developed and delivered engaging, informative, and organized presentations for business improvements and employee training.• Formed and participated in the department and park-wide kaizen process improvement exercises for the event development process.• Responsible for the hiring, development, and management of area supervisors, who supervised performers directly for events.• Fostered relationships with IP brands linked with the company.• Creative-directed formation of new in-park products and upcharge immersive experiences. Duties and responsibilities include:• Supervises research, development, and execution of the production for Entertainment event products. Events produced include but are not limited to: Food and Wine Festival, Summer Nights, Bier Fest, Howl-O-Scream, and Christmas Town. • Collaborates with teams to achieve the Event Production rehearsal, install, and strike plans.• Supervises, develops, and oversees the Event Production product timelines to ensure objectives are obtained.• Supervises Event Production product expense and rehearsal labor budgets • Coordinates and oversees outside Event Production contractors• Assists with negotiation of Event Production team contracts • Supervises the hiring, development, performance, and evaluation of the event teams.• Develops, implements, and supervises the Event Production department training programs.• Collaborates with executive leadership in the creation, development, and execution of the Event Production processes. • Supervises the quality assurance of the Event Production product and support teams.
