During my first internship in college, I worked at a consulting company supporting a project completing process improvements on a manufacturing line. My manager at the time coined me "The Noticer" because I was constantly observing my surroundings and pointing out things I noticed. To this day, I try to continue to be a "Noticer"; paying attention to what is happening around me, drawing attention to what I see, and finding ways to improve the processes happening. My background is in engineering but I like to think my strongest skillset is solving problems. Currently, I work as a Growth Architect bringing unique solutions and ideas to support growing work with our clients. This provides me a unique opportunity to infuse my engineering and analytical skillset with my creativity to support opportunities to brainstorm and co-create solutions that will further support client missions. Throughout my management consulting career - I have worked across multiple supply chain organizations to optimize and streamline operations. I have also supported organizations in major system transformations and modernizations, supporting the team with change management and monitoring progress across international deployments. I have enjoyed being able to work amazing industry leaders and team members both internally and externally with clients. Outside of work, I am passionate about furthering my personal health and wellness; participating in a variety of workout classes from boxing to Orange Theory and Pilates. I am passionate about my love of fashion and enjoy pushing the boundaries styling different trends and creating my unique personal style. Let's connect!
