- Manage HR function for designated client group for over 600 employees.
- Counsel, coach and offer guidance to management and employees on how to resolve complex employee relation issues, grievances and complaints.
- Investigate, research and manage employee relation and conflict resolution as it pertains to policies and procedures, performance improvement, disciplinary action and the termination process.
- Apply HR knowledge and expertise to assess client needs in such areas as employment and performance development.
- Oversee process to assist employees in embracing a culture change of accountability (OZ Culture) and ensure alignment with organizational needs and beliefs.
- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
