Manager, Human Resources Business Partner
Current• Responsible for supporting 1600+ employees across the country from warehouse to C-Suite level in the Retail, Tech, and Health and E-commerce division within the Supply Chain vertical.• Partner with leaders and high potential talent to develop succession plans by ensuring strong individual development plans, identifying talent gaps, proposing HR solutions that support business objectives, and driving regional engagement strategies.• Manage, develop and coach HR professionals within multi-site company. • Instrumental in Skills Cloud Workday project to match skills to roles, people, and job descriptions which overall created a benchmark for potential future opportunities. • Coach business leaders on HR best practices including talent management planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.• Partner with recruiting department to build relationships with local colleges and increase bench strength resulting in multiple promotions. • Create market wage analysis using both NTI and EMSI data and metrics for new business RFPs and existing accounts.• Partner with Labor Relations team during union campaigns and contract negotiations.• Current projects: Career Pathing, Skillscloud, Performance Review, Manager Hub
