I conduct individualized nutritional assessments based on Epigenetic Testing data & maintain updated and thorough nutritional information, utilizing testing results and food journal data. I Calculate, manage, and develop proper nutritional programs for children by collaborating with parents & providing in-depth information on various modes of scientific nutritional care to maximize options to boost health & set them up to be healthy adults. One of my specialties is recipe development for 14, 21, & 30 day nutritional detox and re-set programs as well as for my 6-month program.
