I have participated in a variety of open days and events regarding this role including events at Franklin College, Grimsby and the Grimsby Auditorium encouraging young people to volunteer for many projects including graffiti projects, animal projects and gardening projects. I worked as a team to deliver an excellent service to customers. I helped managers take cash to the safe securely and helped manage the mini safe. I also have experience in the cash office dealing with the days taking and cashing up. I used my initiative to offer the quickest and best solution for the customer and managed the phone and deal with customer queries quickly and efficiently with good product knowledge.
