- In collaboration with the VP of Innovation and the President & CEO, oversaw administration of, and developed learning plan, training and travel events for the NEA Foundation Global Learning Fellowship Program and alumni network, comprised of 120+ U.S. K-12 educators- Administered $300,000 grant for 2 urban farming STEM programs in inner-city public schools- Managed 20+ grant contracts ($5K-$250K) over a three year timeframe related to special issues in public education

- Collaborating on tools for the new Cultural Career Coaching Circle (C4).- Conducted quality assurance on new Wordpress website in anticipation of re-launch (launched in September 2016).- Supervised virtual team work on the build out of the BetterAbroad.com campaign (launched May 2013), a website and conversation starter on program quality and standards of good practice in education abroad. - Co-facilitate global team on Re-entry Toolkit, a cutting-edge resource for innovative activities and approaches to re-entry, and the BetterAbroad.com project.

• Taught a mix of grammar, vocabulary and conversation in one-on-one tutorials through large discussion groups (50 students).

• Checked accuracy and selected bonus material for DVD pre-production• Updated call volume reports and assembled extensive data for customer service and top line management, which was distributed to all members of the department• Compiled a Movie Tracker schedule and updated merchandising on the new online store
