I am a Clinical Research Professional with over seven years of experience in the industry and the co-founder and chief of strategic partnerships of Noir Research Collective. This rapidly growing organization aims to increase the representation and opportunities of Black women, men, and minorities in this vital field. I am also the CEO and founder of BWICR, overseeing its vision, strategy, and operations and leading a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who share the same mission and values.Through BWICR, I have established influential relationships with key stakeholders, such as the White House, the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), the Diversity Network, and various academic and industry partners, to provide our members with access to crucial information resources, tools, and networks that can help them thrive and advance in their careers. I have also been recognized and invited as a speaker, mentor, influencer, and thought leader on various platforms and forums. I share my expertise and insights on diversity and inclusion, career development, and entrepreneurship in clinical research.
