Partner with Human Resources and leadership in the Gateway region to collaborate with managers and associatesProvide strategic input, insight, and advice on associate relations, onboarding, coaching and development, performance and conflict management, and associate engagement

*Ensure effective HR practices are in place to implement TheBANK's strategic direction*Maximize employee development by evaluating employee skills and interests to align with the strategic plan*Responsible for all Human Resource functions for 20 branch, $1.7 billion bank, including recruitment, benefits administration, training, payroll *Manage total compensation for all employees, continually monitoring for best practices to attract and retain star employees*Ensure legal compliance, oversee all employee relations and performance management, and write company affirmative action plans*Develop strategic plans in conjunction with senior management including succession planning, earnings improvement, and staffing analysis
