-Program management and personnel actions contributed to the program’s performance rating improving from accomplishing the mission to high performing in 2020, resulting in the Washington Field Office’s intelligence program being recognized as a top performer in the FBI among 56 satellite offices. -Selected to serve as the Intelligence Program Coordinator to oversee the quality of all externally published intelligence products by ensuring they were compliant with tradecraft standards and adhered to laws and policy. -Decreased a backlog of over 1,000 documents needing evaluation by more than half through creative and innovative short and long-term term solutions, such as surging resources, identifying external resources through temporary assignments or outsourcing to other organizational assets, and changes in infrastructure. -Ensured team members were held accountable and recognized appropriately. Successfully executed performance improvement plans, resulting in the removal of two nonperformers, which positively affected morale, relationships with other teams, and production.-Led team of intelligence professionals in multiple crisis environments with multi-agency representation in response to riots in both Washington, DC and Portland, OR.
