Community Living Center servicing geriatric veterans at a branch of the Palo Alto Veteran Affairs hospital. Conducted screening assessments with new residents, and annual neuropsychological and personality assessments of existing residents, as well as referral-based assessments. Provide individual and group therapy. Used holistic interventions along with psychotherapy (i.e. music and memory, PARO robotics). Offered curbside consultation and coaching to staff and nursing to optimize resident care. Participated in twice weekly interdisciplinary team meetings. Worked on the project “Implementation of an Evidence-Based PTSD Treatment in Public Sector Settings”.
