I processed, packaged and stored both custom and FDA State Inspected Products for our retail sales. Documented and filed a detailed summary for every customer and product. Soley responsible for preparing speciality items such as brats, salami, summer sausage, etc. Assembled/ disassembled and operated industrial food grade equipment efficiently and professionally. Worked the store front selling retail items to customers and provided knowledgeable information of the butchering and processing industry. I recorded, monitored and ordered products and a variety of supplies for all aspects of the shop.

Occasionally I'd receive an inbound customer service call though I primarily handled outbound calls to deliquent card holders. I collected pass due amounts by setting up auto-draft payments and/or payment plans to insure customer follow through. Operated calls via headset through automatic call cycle. Recorded all call details by keyboard on to PC for future reference. I excelled in this position and almost always met my quota and recieved my incentive bonus.
