As a Provider Enrollment Representative Sr, I support the Part A Provider Enrollment Team as a Lead. Some of my responsibilities are to solve provider enrollment issues, test the PECOS environment when upgrades take place to ensure the updates do not cause issues, process revocation requests and deactivation rebuttals, review and implement new processes when CMS guidelines are updated, training new hires and retraining associates that may be struggling to maintain workload or understanding processes and implement and update standard operating procedures documentation for the entire team. I am also responsible for contacting the State Agency and CMS to solve complicated provider enrollment issues and ensure applications are processed to completion. I was hired on from a temporary position and my hard work and dedication allowed 3 promotions in 5 years.

I review Part A Medicare enrollment applications to ensure all information meets Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements. This includes reviewing all documentation that would apply for the specialty and application type.

I began working for the storage business while I worked at Dralle Chevrolet. A few months after I parted with the dealership, the owner of the storage units asked me to manage the day-to-day business from my home. I keep track of monthly payments, send friendly reminders and delinquent letters to tenants, send legal notices and prepare for auctions, keep general accounting notes and oversee and implement office procedures to ensure proper record keeping.

I worked in many different positions at this dealership. I worked as a Service Advisor writing up repair orders, calculating repair estimates and providing excellent customer service. I filled in for the parts manager to add parts to repair orders. I worked in the office in accounts receivable, accounts payable, license and titling, answering telephones and other general office duties. I also worked as the new and used vehicle photographer, ensuring that clean pictures were taken and uploaded to the website for all vehicles on the lot.
