My passion today is supporting my team to reach their goals based on their "why". We enjoy helping companies improve their overall business structure, enriching their employee’s lives and increasing their profitability. At Paychex, I get to work with some of the best people, some I have the privilege of calling friends. I also tap into my creative nature and develop new trainings, innovative tools and out-of-box approaches for our teams to utilize. One of my major passions is human capital development and I am always looking for ways to improve our internal processes to keep our people engaged, fulfilled, and happy. My career has focused on consulting from my public relations roots in the high-tech and wireless markets to internal/external human resources and business development. I loved meeting with CEO's and CFO’s and learning about their organizations and personal goals. Human capital (the people) is the cornerstone of any successful organization.I enjoy traveling and looking for new ways to grow both personally and professionally. Some of my favorite vacation locations include Italy, France, Spain, England, Cabo (picture from trip above and love deep sea fishing there too), Hawaii, New York (during Christmas time) and the river. In my free time, I spend a lot of time with family which includes my husband, our daughter, my parents, our siblings, nieces, nephews and two dogs.
