Starting with 3 adventurous Moms, the YOLO Strong Foundation now has over 200 active members. These women compete in obstacle course races & marathons to raise money to support these local children in need. In 2022, the YOLO Strong Foundation will celebrate it’s 10-year anniversary.Dannie believes it’s possible to be a successful Realtor & still give back! Continuing Dannie’s passion to help local families, she has committed to donating a portion of all sale proceeds to benefit local children in need through The YOLO Strong Foundation. Dannie’s strong values have stood the test of time professionally and philanthropically!Real Estate and philanthropy are her passion. TeamYOLO are mothers,sisters,aunts,godmothers, friends.We are professional teachers,nurses,accountants,executives,accountants & housewives.We are dedicated,passionate, determined,ambitious,caring,influential,humble women from LI, NY.6 yrs ago we were a team of 3 & now we are a tribe of over 70 powerful women.We believe that children undergoing chemotherapy should be able to attend special preschools without compromising their susceptible immune system!We believe that critical & medically fragile child should receive the appropriate funds for essential medical devices!We believe that Autistic children should have access to special computers to help them communicate!We are lucky.Our children are healthy.Not all families are as fortunate.Because of this,we compete in obstacle course races and raise awareness & funds.We run through freezing water,climb cargo nets & walls.We carry sand bags,crawl through the muddiest trenches & jump through fire (all with a smile).Through private donations & with help from sponsors, we raise money for sick local children & their families.They can't do everything by themselves. With our help a meaningful impact is made on on their lives! Year on year TeamYOLO has grown exponentially.Year on year our goals grow.Year on year our supporters donate. Because of them Team YOLO has raised almost $200,000.In 2017 alone, $107,000 was raised!TeamYOLO has built partnerships & have strong corporate sponsors like Lifetime Fitness, Synergy, Lululemon, Sterling Bank & Apple Bank.In Spring of 2017 TeamYOLO was invited to take part of the studio audience of "The Ellen Show" in Burbank, CA.In August Joe Girardi ( NY Yankees) spoke about the impact TeamYOLO is making during a press release. In 2017 (with much anticipation & excitement) TeamYOLO became an official 501(c)(3),YOLO Strong Foundation.We believe our power is in our hearts & our numbers.That is why in 2018 we committed to more causes for more sick children.We are just getting started!
