When I was in college studying Macroeconomics I quickly discovered a passion for big picture thinking. I never dreamed I would be working in the transportation industry, but as we all know, life has a funny way of making the impossible reality. So for the past six years, problem solving and big picture thinking have been a daily part of my work and personal life. I put out fires quickly and effectively. Sometimes that means negotiating rates with a new customer, ensuring a driver they will be home in time to see their new grandchild, or working with a broker to get freight unloaded in a timely manner. In the transportation industry, specifically trucking, the day rarely goes as planned. So is life. I am goal oriented, results make me happy, and helping others grow is a passion! At home, I am a mom and a runner. Being a mother has taught me to look through a lens of compassion. To see others for what they are capable of, and to do my part to help them be their best self. As a runner I have learned that sometimes the hard things are what makes you GREAT.
