Work closely and effectively with local UAW committees to comply with local and national labor agreements.Laser Project Contact Lead - Worked with cross functional teams to draft a statement of requirements to replace an exisitng CO2 laser with a Solid State Fiber Optic Laser. Participated in the concept and design of the cutting table; which is the largest laser cutting table in GMNA. Project is a huge success in reducing our environmental impact by eliminating cutting gasses and improving responsiveness by reducing cutting time and eliminating the de-burring of parts from the process.
