Supported the Executive Director by creating promotional materials for the charity focused on raising money and awareness for music therapy in Canada.

Managed a team of graphic designers and eighteen visual artists to compile a 100 page bi-annual literary magazine featuring student creatives. Published in November 2015 and in April 2016.

In a highly competitive and demanding environment, moved upwards from Server Assistant to Variable Manager and finally took responsibility for directing the hotel marketing program at the Richmond location.

Liaised with a downtown Eastside shelter and halfway house to understand where their resources fell short. Developed research-based informational pamphlets on mental illness for distribution at the centre to help their staff better serve the needs of their community. Presented the literature review and brochure at the 2011 Connecting Minds Psychology Conference at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Pro bono project.
