Provides cross-functional support, reporting and analysis to all stakeholders (Buying and Planning teams, Managers, Supply Chain, Finance & Directors) to help inform decision making and improve merchant efficiency related to product performance, assortment balance & margin.Represents the Buying function in Company projects that support strategic initiatives.Responsible for developing & improving processes by managing multiple company projects and establishing the scope, structure, reporting tools and resources required for effective change management.Responsible for the effective and consistent implementation and governance of buying processes and standard operating procedures, such as Quick Response, Continuous Product Development, Rangebuilding Principles etc.Provides ongoing support to all peers & customers to ensure changes to processes are managed with genuine care and clear instruction.Responsible for managing and updating the Ackermans Critical Path, whilst leading and developing the Supplier Coordinating team. To ensure all events are scheduled in co-ordnance with Ackermans leadtimes (CNY, Golden Week etc.) and effectively communicated to all Merchandising Teams. Building a support structure that provides an expediting service to internal and external stakeholders to improve Company OTIF.
