About Danielle Verba

In early 2015, I started Helios Solutions Group to provide expert-level Product Management services to the greater Pittsburgh area and nationwide. The company focuses on providing technical development services beyond the basic engineering needs. Most organizations understand that they need great programming resources on their development teams. However, many companies struggle with successfully developing products because they lack the appropriate resources and expertise in supporting roles: they lack experienced technical product managers that can translate business needs into concise, actionable, and prioritized requirements for the development team; they lack business analysts to conduct detailed interviews with subject matter experts and perform market analysis to guide product decisions; they lack UI/UX designers to present a holistic, user-oriented vision and style for their digital products; they lack project managers to effectively communicate project status and timelines to senior management; and they lack detail-oriented QA engineers to perform full product testing throughout development and prior to go-live to ensure the best possible launch. These roles and responsibilities can make or break a project, but are often deemed unnecessary or too temporary to warrant a full-time internal resource. That’s where Helios comes in: we excel at quickly understanding the high-impact needs of a particular project or organization, and working with clients to provide support services to ensure efficiency and success of projects from start to finish.
