I employ a pragmatic, business-centric and insight-oriented approach to help clients create focused development and action plans leveraging their strengths and target development needs. I help leaders remain accountable to their plans and provide supportive, realistic feedback and guidance using humor and warmth. With each coaching relationship, my goal is always to maximize productivity, enhance bottom-line impact, and empower leaders to find balance and professional satisfaction. I also work with my client's management, HR Business Partners and HR Support to help them to provide the best possible support to each leader and maximize that leader's organizational impact. Lastly, I work with individuals in career and job transition, to provide greater clarity, focus and progress in a time that is often about ambiguity and change.
