Fluorescently tagged various cellulases to achieve different degrees of fluorescence labeling between enzymes, which were then separated from dye with native page and electroelution. From here, differently tagged cellulases could be purified based on slight changes in negative charge with FPLC and centrifugation. This work would have applications in the bio-fuel industry.
