Danielle is a passionate and experienced Speech and Langauge Therapy Assistant working with a variety of pediatric populations. She has a special interest in the areas of articulation, fluency, early language, child development, and working with children and youth with disabilities/disorders. In her practice, Danielle emphasizes functional, child-led, and family-centered therapy tailored to each child’s goals. By adopting the play-based approach and values, Danielle hopes to empower parents and children with the tools and knowledge they need to support their continued communicational growth. Danielle graduated Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) focused in Child and Youth Studies and a Communicative Disorders Assistant Graduate Certificate (Honours) from Georgian College. In her spare time, you can find Danielle hiking the trails or exploring up north with her dog Bucky, baking cookies and other sweets in the kitchen, or curled up on the couch sipping tea and watching hockey, soccer or any other sport!
