The world is my oyster and nothing is impossible! My name is Danielle McDonald and I am a PROUD Bahamian gyal. Being born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas and having the opportunity to study in Michigan, Arkansas, Paris and New Jersey has molded me into a well-rounded, open-minded, hard-working and ambitious individual. Through my various global experiences, I was privileged to harness a mindset that takes on a good challenge, fosters diverse views and opinions, and creates a positive and productive approach to people, organizations and generally life. I’ve begun my post-academic professional career in regulatory compliance at Société Générale’s headquarters in New York City, after receiving a Master of Arts degree in Law and Governance. I consider myself a diligent leader because I lead by serving others well. Throughout various professional and personal endeavors, I have proved to lead consistently by being attentive to a group’s needs, recognizing organizational patterns, understanding the dynamic of people and the work at hand, and strategizing towards an impactful solution.
