Hi, I am Daniel. Currently working in OCBC as a compliance officerTalking about working experience, I would say that I had a bunch of experience. The first job that I done was in my 15 where I was a secondary school student. I went to work in a bookstore near my house where I learn how to manage the counter, how to manage the bills and also how to deal with strangers when I am only 15.Continuously, I will always go for parttime during my holiday in September till December during my secondary school. I had done parttime jobs like cashier, promoter, waiter. All of these working experience had make me used with handling customers, understanding their needs. I think that working in any industries , we always need to have patience and always teamwork. Working as a team and communicate well will always bring the best output. After I graduated from my university, I continue my Internship and my parttime as well. My internship was mainly doing business in IT where I was assigned a project and I need to deal with clients to understand their needs on how they wanted the event to go on, their budget and their requirements towards the event. I was assigned as a leader for one of the event and the event did manage to do well in the end. I handle clients complain in the middle of the event, but everything can be solve when I understand their needs. Outside of work, I was a volunteer for an old folks home. The reason I help them is not because I have time, I like to see their smile on their faces, they appreciated your help. If you ever want to bounce ideas off of me, please feel free to contact me as I am always reachable. In the end, I would like to say I would not limit myself, even that area of work is not in my specialties, I would always catch up and learn as more as I can to enhance myself and will stay loyalty with the companySkills:- Teamwork- Project Delivery- Communications- Brainstorming- Compliance
