I lead the data operations team for Link. Our 1,000+ data curators do Web research to feed the Link platform with deep information about the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. My team manages data governance and quality assurance, hiring and training of data curators, as well as agile data operations and central data operations for Link data products, including Link for Therapeutic Areas and Link for Key Accounts.
