About Daniel Lisa
I am currently transitioning careers and looking for work in security and software development. I have always taken an interest in IT and I am challenging myself to learn the technology landscape and contribute to it with my previous work experience. My skillset and education span multiple disciplines which give me an advantage at seeing solutions from varying perspectives. This has also led to acquiring a vast knowledge of different industries and complementary skills. I excel at leading teams and streamlining procedures for efficiency, but I am a life-long learner. I am not afraid to admit when I need help and lean on the knowledge and expertise of my colleagues. I have recently completed the Google Cybersecurity Certification Course and the CompTIA Security +, and about to complete my CKA (K8) certification. These have given me a variety of skills in Security Frameworks and Fundamentals, Linux, System Design and containerization. I have also completed a Software Developer track with an online coding bootcamp several years ago which exposed me to Ruby, HTML/CSS, Javascript, SQL and Web Development frameworks, which have also led to experimenting with Python and Golang.
