I have been working for 14 years at Bradesco Bank, with 11 of those years spent in the Systems department, where I began my career as a Trainee. I have worked as a Project Manager and Tech Lead, overseeing the entire project lifecycle on the technical front, in collaboration with business units and project sponsors. At the end of 2022, I joined the bank's innovative ecosystem and started actively participating in multidisciplinary groups alongside research and product creation teams, focusing on topics related to cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), and smart contracts. I hold a degree in Computer Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, and an MBA in business innovation from FIAP.
