Dan is responsible for the overall health of Optical POS (Eye Cloud Pro). This includes growing the core business, as well as the payments offering, and ensuring Optical POS' high standards for customer experience are being met. An experienced and respected voice in the healthcare software space, Dan is intimately familiar with the wants and needs of those in the industry, and is passionate about ensuring those needs are met.

Dan is responsible for the overall health of EZClaim. This includes growing the core EZClaim Billing and Scheduling business as well as the payments offering. Dan collaborates with a strong leadership team at EZClaim within development, support, and onboarding to drive the best possible customer experience.

I managed the relationship with FCA for the NPL project in NAFTA.

Lead a team of Project Coordinators and Consultant/Trainers in the delivery of gloStream’s gloEMR and gloPM solution. The team is made up of direct employees, independent Consultant/Trainers, and vendors. The team is responsible to educate the practice and gloStream Partner on the gloLive process in addition to the products purchased. The team accomplishes this using a well document process developed internally at gloStream and includes remote and onsite training. This unique process that I built with my team has allowed gloStream to offer a 15 day full patient load guarantee. My responsibilities include developing vendor and independent relationships. These relationships allow gloStream to absorb the peaks and valleys in resource demand. I handle any escalated issues that the Project Coordinators and Consultant/Trainers need assistances with. I am also responsible for the managing the Implementation line of business to make sure it is profitable. Last year I was able to increase profit margins 300%. So far this year we have been able to hold that margin.In the past I have held other roles and responsibilities at gloStream. I was in the role of Support, Consultant/Trainer, Product Manager for gloEMR, and Director of Support. I assisted in the creation of gloUniversity designed to educate our Partner community. While at gloStream I have facilitated many of the process that are now used within the different departments.
