• Change lead for the Packages Remediation program. Accountable for the end-to-end change of the Packages Remediation affecting over 200k customers. This includes the change strategy, stakeholder management.
• Lead and run with internal side of media release communications on behalf of the project
• Spearheaded the implementation of speech analytics of contact centres to establish quality of remediation marketing and internal communication efforts, with a view to expand to all of the Consumer Bank Remediation.
• Developed, designed and facilitated the Remediation all-in offsite, resulting in 7 continuous improvement initiatives to improve the “way we work in” the consumer bank remediation program.

• Accountable for communications: eConveyancing Industry Changes (CIC) project, August release. Wrote and managed the communication across 17 channels and 45 sign off stakeholders for go-live. Managed post go-live update.
• Change communications for the 17 individual channels helped the business unit leads and project managers to clearly articulate the aims, impact and outcomes to 3,000 bankers and thousands of allied staff
• The new communication framework defined the vital relationships and engagement schedule (with key stakeholders) to reinforce the collaborative change support model

• During this tenure as Senior Change Manager, I acted as lead change manager on a number of projects across WIB in an Agile delivery environment. Below is a selection of the project worked on:
• WIB Operating Model Implementation Change Lead. Design, build and implement fit-for-purpose change interventions, within an environment of significant organisational wide change (and re-structuring).
• Conduct Risk change lead. Accountable for the change delivery of a large Conduct Risk implementation within Financial Markets, rapidly identified the scope and change audience, assessed their requirements and.
• OnlineFX upgrade, leading the change management for over 20,000 users across Australia and New Zealand.
• Lead Change Manager for the RMB hub implementation, coordinating the change management for teams and users across 63 systems while meeting the deadline of G20Summit in November 2014.
• Led the change on the Program Trading and Execution program of work. Ensuring business readiness, user willingness and user competence in the implementation of front office, sales and trading, foreign exchange trading.

• Implement a lean foundations model for Foreign Exchange (FX) team, resulting in 17.1% capacity release (equivalent to $12m in increased revenue).
• Project managed end-to-end the reengineering of FX client on-boarding process, and designed Work In Progress (WIP) tracker for dealers, resulting in improving turn-around-time from 22 days to 24 hours, improving.
• Conducted an end-to-end diagnostic of the value-stream for Interest Rate Risk (IRRM) Business Loans. This resulted in building business cases for two subsequent programs of work which are now in progress.
• Facilitated change management of ‘Lean Fundamentals program, including training and mentoring ‘lean champions’ in capacity management, workshop facilitation, and formal problem solving tools.
