Joined this organization shortly after its acquisition of IBM’s Printing Systems division, to generate the sales of specialized printer technologies to businesses across Eastern Ontario and Quebec. Revitalized Ricoh’s efforts in an originally dormant territory, re-establishing the territory-wide account network from scratch.Notable Responsibilities & Accomplishments:* Achieved an impressive 166% above target in FY 2015.* Fostered relationships with commercial printing companies and reprographic shops.* Served as the subject matter expert on all elements of Ricoh’s Production Printing technology.* Trained and influenced the 25+ person sales team to connect with stakeholders across the territory with integrity, knowledge and respect.

Notable Responsibilities & Accomplishments:* Presided over day to day operations to ensure customer satisfaction across production sites, developing a strong business acumen and a 360-degree perspective on the industry. * Earned an executive leadership role to execute strategy for business development of its Print and mail services operation (Multi Channel Solutions) which was later integrated with epost, (a secure financial documents management service). * Notably spearheaded the transition of production from in-house facilities to 3rd-party production partner CGI, prospecting this partnership through an RFP. Introduced KPIs and SLAs to govern this partner’s performance.* Presented knowledge on the printing industry at well-attended and highly visible conferences including Xplor Canada, Interquest and ISIS-Papyrus. Earned distinction as a thought leader on new products and developments in the industry.

Notable Responsibilities & Accomplishments:* Held total accountability over sales strategy for Canada Post’s physical and electronic solutions, notably leading a network of specialists around the ‘print and mail’ service tailored toward diverse corporations. * Met and exceeded sales targets for 2005 and 2006 despite the adverse and closed nature of the market, consistently securing new clients and contracts.

Notable Responsibilities & Accomplishments:* Joined the organization after success with IBM to create renewed synergy between Sales, Operations, and Production areas of the company’s print and mail division, in response to issues caused by lack of organizational communication. * Provided a valuable technical perspective to help Sales and Operations appreciate the new capabilities afforded by their new technical assets, which allowed for new functionality and production environment.* Managed a national team of six Solution Engineers, which interfaced between Sales and Operations.

Notable Responsibilities & Accomplishments:* By the end of this final step in upward progression with this prominent IT services provider, grew to become one of the leading business developers behind IBM’s Printing Services group.* Developed relationships with a territory encompassing Eastern Ontario, Western Quebec, and national clients.

Notable Responsibilities & Accomplishments:* During this role as a subject matter expert on AFP hardware and software, fulfilled an engagement with PWGSC to manage the implementation of new cheque printing architecture in their four production centres.
