In a data driven economy, it’s essential to have the people and processes in place that provides the decision support framework to translate data into actionable insights, which promotes an operating model that drives efficiency and effectiveness. I'm thrilled to be on the Global Risk Analytics (GRA) team, where I'm focused on ensuring all aspects of our operations deliver on our business objectives and are built with a scalable, repeatable, and operationally excellent mindset.Risk analytics provides the decision support framework to translate data into actionable insights, support responsible growth and improve our business and risk partners ability to manage risk well.Prior to joining Risk, I spent 5 years supporting Corporate Treasury with a focus on long term and short term debt. During my tenure, we streamlined operational processes and reporting in an effort to drive efficiencies and enable better ability to measure performance. I joined Bank of America in 2010 through the GMO&MO Rotating Analyst Training Program. A two year program designed to give recent college graduates experience in different functional areas across Global Markets.
