As a Master's candidate in the School of Environmental Studies at Queen's University, I am passionate about STEM and am always seeking ways to apply my analytical and computational skills in non-traditional formats. My research models carbon emissions emitted from Canadian wildfires (specifically focused on the 2018 Lac La Loche Fire in Saskatchewan), and compares it against collected data from the wildfire. This will allow the development of more refined models for air quality and carbon emissions across Canada.
