Being the main consultant and leading analytics related projects at clients, mainly at 20+ billion corporations, but also at several startups.Responsibilities included:- Implementing complex client and server-side Google Tag Manager (GTM) data collection solutions for web and app, and building cloud-based data infrastructure on GCP and Azure.- Data analysis using SQL and Python, analytics tools (web analytics, product analytics and bi platforms) and cloud-based data warehouse products like BigQuery / Snowflake.- Mentoring and coaching analysts within the team and at clients.- Being part of the steering group for the analytics team at the company.- External lecturing at conferences + schools and responsible for educational efforts internally.

Analytics consulting - Long-term consulting assigments conducting data analysis using analytics platforms and programming (SQL and Python) and implementing data infrastructure at clients.Conversion rate optimization - Conducting data focused CRO audits / evaluations and recommending improvements to increase clients business results from digital channels. Most often done in cross-functional teams of experts with different competencies such as ux designers, copywriters and developers.Lecturing & teaching - Creating, leading and conducting educational efforts internally related to analytics. Responsible for the analytics related education at the company and lecturing within the areas of data analysis, data visualization and data infrastructure for corporate clients.

Working as a data analyst consultant on both short-term projects and long term assignments. Focusing on analysing clients data to uncover insights that improve business results, with the primary objectives being boosting sales and improving the customer experience. Responsibilities included data collection using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Adobe Launch, data quality evaluations, data cleaning, data prep, AB test analysis and data analysis using Google Analytics (GA), Adobe Analytics, Pandas and SQL.

Working with Conversion Rate Optimization for a variety of companies as a consultant, from startups to multinationals in several industries. Responsible for evaluating, recommending and improving clients digital channels (web and app) to achieve higher conversion rates driving concrete business results. Primary focus was on-site work for web and app, but marketing acquisition channels were also frequently included.Including but not limited to: heuristics, UX best practices, AB testing, copy best practices, value proposition design, marketing campaign evaluation, landing page design.
