Strategy and Investor Relations

Wolfeworks Limited is my vehicle for my activities in Russia. Currently these include: (i) development of a 1.5 million square meter residential community in the Moscow area; (ii) an independent board seat on IpoTek Bank, a start-up mortgage bank initiated by Alfa Capital Partners; and (iii) strategic development of a mid-sized Russian financial group.

Primary responsibility for all operations of leading Russian investment bank with 350 employees and over $2 billion annual trading turnover. Duties included direct management of all department heads, with emphasis on strategic development, finance (including cost control), recruitment of senior staff, risk management, compliance, and investment banking. Opened New York broker-dealer. Frequent interaction with press, governmental and self-regulatory organs. Managed Troika Dialog through the Russian financial crisis of 1998. Established Risk Management Department. Primary responsibility for $55 million acquisition of Troika Dialog by major Russian bank, October 1997.
