Here, I was initially recruited into a director position when the company was starting to grow. I advanced to the VP position delivering strategic leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Additionally, I steered creating and establishing of a biomedical service department, building it from the ground up. I was initially hired as a Re-Use and Patient Care Technician (PCT). Quickly I was tasked to start working on medical equipment, training other PCTs on dialysis delivery and water treatment systems, and gaining multiple promotions that led me to nine (9) states.
