I was providing technical customer support for customers of a Bioware game called Star Wars: The Old Republic. This game is a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). After a period of time, the role changed, and I was doing more account and billing support than technical support. The support role involved phone support, email support and some in game support. The technical support role involved troubleshooting computer hardware issues as well as networking and internet issues. The account and billing support role involved troubleshooting reasons around the various payment methods, and assisting customers with misunderstandings and disputes with payments.

Various responsibilities - keeping in contact with customers, keeping the website up to date, keeping the IT infrastructure going, organising and keeping track of AutoCAD training - dates, potential trainees. Keeping track of people who signed up for seminars, marketing material of various sorts, quotes, email merges. Still working here on a contract basis.

MICHP means Member of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists. ADHP means Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I studied Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy with the ICHP and am a current accredited member of the organisation in good standing.

IT support consultant. Quicktec offers IT support contracts to schools and companies, mostly in Galway city and county. My colleagues and I were IT administrators for lots of small and medium sized businesses (including medical centres) and schools. The range of skills involved are broad, and include technical support, maintenance and fixing of computers & printers, networking, wireless networking, server installation, email solutions (and all the issues that go with email), computer faxing solutions, broadband setup, remote access, network printing, internet policies.....

I was an IT administrator for lots of small companies. I was involved in repairing computers, implementing internet, email, network solutions, and played my role in the sales process by suggesting products or services that would be of value to customers.
