I hold a CGA certification issued by ANBIMA, I am a CFA Level III candidate to CFA chartholder, a MSc in Economics from FGV/EPGE, and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.Previously, I was a Partner at Mav Capital, an asset management firm founded in July 2021, where I helped to create a credit risk policy and managed a portfolio of fixed income assets in agribusiness segment for institutional and high net worth clients, achieving consistent returns with zero default rate. Before that, I worked as a Credit Manager at Banco PAN, a commercial bank, where I conducted credit analysis for a corporate portfolio and public entities.
