I lead the Business Transformation Initiatives for my organization. My areas of strength include studying business process problems and offering processing re-engineering and automation solutions. I am focused largely on the 'US Residential Mortgage' domain. Expertise include designing offshore/outsourcing strategy for running Due Diligence Underwriting Operations (Loan Reviews for the Secondary Market ), Post Close-Audit Operations (Fulfilment Services), Valuation Support Services (Appraisal Coordination, Valuation Data Entry), Offshore Vendor Management Services, REO Support Services (Asset Management, Property Preservation Services) and Default Servicing. I was instrumental in setting up two large operations in India, one in Chennai and another one in Pune.I have a Global MBA degree from the London School of Business & Finance specializing in Management Consulting. My Dissertation was titled "The Role of Cross Cultural intelligence in Outsourced Call Center Environment: Specific to American- Indian context". The findings of the research provides insights for Human Resources personnel of large multinationals whose workforce comprise of American and Indian nationals in the areas of Leadership, Team building, Rewards and Recognition, Conflict Resolution Management and Time Management as perceived by each cultural group (namely the Americans and the Indians) and how their corresponding actions affects the outcome of a project or business engagement.
