Building on the success of sister company LOD Solutions, LOD Systems was founded in 2013 by Daniel J. Majka, President and Managing Partner of LOD Solutions and Carlo Hume, owner of CVH Productions.

With more than 25 years of experience in computer-aided design & drafting (CADD) systems, civil engineering and architectural design & construction, Daniel Majka is the President and serves as Managing Partner of CADD & Database Technology for LOD Solutions, LLC. Previously, Majka served as Director of CADD Services for Prime Retail, Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland where he was responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of a central database, which linked published CADD drawings online through a dynamic live interface. The system enabling secure company wide access to all critical documents and reports. In addition, he managed all outside architects & consultant’s drawings for development projects as well as coordinating CADD Services and support for the leasing, legal, construction and development divisions of Prime Retail, Inc. Formerly Majka served in a similar capacity with The Pyramid Companies of Syracuse, New York as the CAD Facilitator. Prior to entering the retail development industry, Majka worked for various Architectural Engineering firms over a 15 year span as a civil engineering designer, land surveyor and consultant, specializing in multi-discipline CADD design and development services. Majka was also an AutoCAD training consultant following his study of Civil Engineering Technology at Broome Community College and SUNY Binghamton in New York. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been recognized for his work in the industry by both VRN and Constructech magazines. He was awarded Constuctech’s prestigious Vision Award in 2009.

Creation, Implementation and management of a central relational database directly linking published CADD drawings to the WEB providing a dynamic live interface for end users.Manage all CADD services and support Leasing, Development, Design, Construction and Legal Departments.

Coordinate, delegate and expedite all incoming CADD work with respect to internal departments as well as Mall management. Support the Leasing department, Legal department, and Tenant Coordination departments in all endeavors including the creation and management of all CADD drawings generated from in house as well as outside consultants. Manage & maintain all lease plans in the portfolio.
